Every qualification plaque enquiry is subject to a strict authorisation process, to the pre-agreed standard specified by the awarding body. Where an order fails to pass the authorisation criteria, the order is cancelled, and a full refund is made to the customer.

Your right to use and display a Membership or Qualification Plaque may depend upon the requirements of the Awarding Organisation. Professional Bodies often require ongoing membership and a commitment to continuing professional development. In the case of Accredited Centre Recognition Plaques, awarding bodies will generally require a centre to continue to meet quality benchmarks and to satisfy re-accreditation criteria. In some circumstances, plaques may be issued via a licensing agreement, rather than through outright purchase. Customers are notified of any such restrictions prior to purchase (if applicable).
