Where customers provide accurate contact details, we try to acknowledge orders and provide an estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver the finished products within 14 days of receipt of order for generic products or for qualification products (which are subject to authorisation protocols), 14 days from receipt of authorisation by the Awarding Organisation (UK). Please add a further 7 days delivery for orders to destinations outside the UK. Sales are subject to authorisation where it is required by the Awarding Body and cleared payment. Our typical delivery times are well within this target period, and we try where possible to accommodate customers’ urgent delivery requirements.

We find it most efficient and least disruptive to close for two annual holidays per annum. This can cause a slight deterioration in our usual turnaround benchmarks, but extra staffing is employed prior and subsequent to holiday closedowns to minimise any potential inconvenience to customers. Our customers recognise that our staff deserve to “recharge their batteries” every now and then in order to be able to maintain the consistently high standards that are achieved year in, year out!
